Depressurisation (Deep Sea Dances Act II) Rebecca Jenson

Working with a wave like score that deals with memory and the ebbs and flows of unknowing and understanding, a half submerged choreography builds and decomposes at the Hastings Jetty. By Rebecca Jensen and a cast of Melbourne’s leading dancers.

Cultural Experiences Lionel Launch, Natarsha Bamblett, Luigi Vescio and Bunurong Land Council

I Hear You

I Hear You Hayden Calnin, Vicki Hallett and Janenne Willis

A new sound work by first time collaborators, I Hear You is a call for deep listening to the sounds of Western Port Bay. Underwater field recordings will be fed from hydrophones into an improvised live music performance, to be experienced along the historic Hastings Jetty.

Falling Into Place was a keynote project at 2022 DRIFT Art festival, co-curated by Gretel Taylor (cultural experiences and performance) and Janenne Willis (live art and performance).
